TASTING NOTE
Cherry red in color, it highlights the formation of foam with fine and elegant bubbles that have a continuous movement and form a persistent crown. On the nose, memories of ripe red fruits stand out, among which strawberries stand out. Pleasant presence on the palate with a very well integrated, fine and elegant carbon. Balanced acidity. Broad and persistent with a very pleasant aftertaste.
GASTRONOMY
Ideal to accompany pasta and white meat.
Serve between 6 and 8 ºC.
