(pear, green apple, melon, peach), spices (mint, grass,
Mediterranean herbs) and subtle oak hints (vanilla,
coconut). The palate is well balanced, medium-bodied,
fresh acidity, minerality and creamy rounded mouthfeel from the oak fermentation. It finishes long with notes of vanilla and a tad of
smokiness. This wine can evolve well in the bottle for 7-10 years.
