Organically farmed. This cava brut nature is aged for at least 15 months, and is a well balance cava with zero dosage. This cava is pale yellow with green reflections in appearance. It has a delicate nose, with aromas and flavors of peach blossoms, golden apples, citrus, and brioche . It has a light touch of almonds in the finish and a delicate freshness due to a perfect blending of traditional varieties. Elegant and creamy bubbles accompany this wine, which is signature of the cavas from Miquel Pons.
