These are the only bottles left of the just over 4,000 that Ramón produced from this 2023 vintage.
Because there are many Monastrells—more and more all the time—but few are as pampered as this one. Organically grown, hand-harvested, grape selection in the vineyard, transported in small crates… Only a handful of romantics do this anymore.
Because behind this wine is the story of a father and son, both named Ramón, who maintain this project more out of love for the land than for economic viability.

A young but serious red wine from a small family-run winery located in southeastern Albacete an dedicated to capture the essence of the land and the region, which specializes in the Monastrell grape variety.
Intense red color with aromas of ripe cherry, and the palate is followed with balsamic, spices and leather notes. Limited production.
Pairs well with red meats, charcuterie and cheeses.
