Torredemer-Mangin Orage 2024 is a vivid, organic orange wine from Roussillon, made through prolonged skin contact with Muscat grapes, giving it a honey-gold hue and slight unfiltered cloudiness. Aromas of candied citrus, mandarin zest, passion fruit, and florals lead into a lively, textured palate of juicy citrus, tangy grapefruit, and lime, balanced by vibrant acidity, gentle tannins, and subtle spicy notes, such as Sichuan pepper and wild herbs. It's dry, energetic, and best served slightly chilled — pairing beautifully with Mediterranean dishes, seafood, sashimi, citrus-forward salads, and soft cheeses.

TORREDEMER-MANGIN ORAGE 2024
"An incredibly fragrant, aromatic, rich, and heady nose—crushed kumquat, orange blossom, clementine zest, grapefruit peel, orange blossom, citrus leaf. It tastes of kumquat, then saffron, apricot, then terracotta, bitter orange, then cherry pit. Clove and chamomile. A texture that is at once warm like summer earth, dusty, tannic like orange oil, and slippery like satin ribbon. An extraordinarily complex yet very accessible orange wine. If I had to convince a serious wine lover who is cynical about orange wine to consider the possibility of orange wine, I might start with this one. It is as good at room temperature as it is chilled. As it warms up, you'll start to notice more notes of chocolate, mocha, and even coffee. More lavender on the finish. I find it a bit like a glass of the Arabian Nights: it never ceases to surprise you." (Jancis Robinson 2025) (Orange wine is a white wine made using maceration).
