Papillon Blanc is an elegant French-Catalan white wine crafted from Grenache Gris & Blanc (55%) and Macabeu (45%), sourced from plots plowed with their draught horse "Papillon." ​ Certified Organic Agriculture, the wine is partially aged (20%) in old demi-muids to enhance its complexity. ​ With a light yellow color, it offers a delicate nose featuring well-integrated oak notes, floral and fruity aromas like pear, reminiscent of certain sakes. ​ On the palate, it is generous with a pleasant sweetness, fine bitterness, and elegant caudalies, complemented by notes of garrigue (fennel, anise, menthol). ​ Finely balanced between finesse and smoothness,  wine beautifully reflects the unique terroir of Vingrau, near the French-Spanish border.
