100% Monastrell. Certified organic, non-irrigated, bush vines, hand harvested, limestone soils, the age of the vines vary from 15 to 40 years old. This wine is made by a combination of different
plots located in different sub-zones. Altitude range between 380 and 760. All the plots were planted in low density
(around 1.400 to 1.600 vines per hectare).
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel vats, temperature controlled at 25 °C, wild yeasts, unoaked, fining, cold stabilisation, surface filtration.
Tasting notes: Medium intensity, ruby color. Clean, high intensity, fragant aromas of red fresh fruit (raspberry, red cherry, strawberry,…) and some floral notes (roses). Very
expresive and mellow aromas. On the palate, it is vibrant, great refreshing sensation, medium-bodied, well-balanced and elegant finish. It is the epitome of Monastrell with freshness.

Great wine for tapas, sushi, baked and grilled fish (turbot, sea bass, bream, salmon, …), salads, risotto, paella, white meat… This wine is quite versatile due to its medium-bodied, fruity and refreshing style. Excellent wine to match with Thai, Cantonese, Filipino, and Italian cuisine.
